Powered Stair Climber Stair-Fit Checker

Use this precheck to compare a verified powered stair climber against a few route and load constraints before narrowing your model options.

The checker currently uses verified contextual stair-climbing load limits, machine width where a canonical verified value is available, your load width, and your measured clear stair width.

Important: this is not a complete route-fit or safety approval. It does not calculate landing turns, stair angle, riser height, operator body clearance, or manufacturer approval.

How to use the result

No conflict found in checked constraints means only that the verified checks performed by the tool did not identify a conflict. Constraint exceeded means at least one verified limit was exceeded. Verify first means a required value or rule is missing, unresolved, or not verified.

If the route precheck does not identify a conflict, continue with the Powered Stair Climber Selector to narrow verified models using load-handling context. For an explanation of headline ratings versus stair-specific limits, see the powered stair climber capacity guide.
